Cornerstone Community Church Lawrence, Kansas

Our deacons are God called servants to the church members, they pray for and with members, they visit them in the hospital and their homes, they also manage the benevolence ministry that helps our members in emergencies.  

The deacons also provide spiritual leadership as well as practical leadership in the life and ministries of the church, they are required to be members of the church for minimum of a year and are ordained by the church body for service in this vital church ministry.
