At Cornerstone we believe every person is created by God for one great purpose, to know and serve God. We believe the greatest way to serve God and find fulfillment in life is by being part of a local church, sometimes referred to as "the Body of Christ", Ephesians 4:11-12 "It was he {Christ} who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up".
Becoming involved with Cornerstone happens several ways, one way is to ask Jesus Christ to be your Savior and Lord, either in one of our services or events, and then be baptized. You can also join us if you've already done that, we refer to this as making a statement of faith, a third way is to transfer your membership from another Baptist church or another church that holds to the same core doctrines of the Christian faith that Cornerstone does, you can find out what we believe by reading "Our Beliefs" page.
